Introduction

At AimTraining, we value your privacy and aim to collect only the information necessary to operate and improve our Services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

By accessing or using AimTraining, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect:

• Information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address when contacting us.
• Technical information automatically generated by your browser or device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and pages you visit.
• Anonymous usage data that helps us understand how visitors interact with our Services.

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide and improve our Services.

How We Use Your Information

Information we collect may be used to:

• Operate and maintain the Services.
• Respond to support requests or other inquiries.
• Improve website performance, usability, and reliability.
• Monitor and prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity.
• Comply with legal obligations when required.

Discord Bot Data

If you interact with our Discord bot (for example, by opening a support ticket), we additionally process the following, separate from the browser/website data described above:

• Discord identity: your Discord user ID, username, nickname, and avatar, used to identify who opened a ticket and to display that to our support staff.
• Server membership information: your roles and server join date, read live from Discord at the moment a ticket is opened so staff have context before responding. This is not stored — it is read from Discord and shown directly to staff, then discarded.
• Message content: messages you send to the bot in DMs, or inside a ticket channel you have access to, are relayed to our support staff so they can respond to your request. This content is only read within the ticket you opened — we do not read or process message content anywhere else on the server. It is not used to train any AI or machine learning model.
• Ticket transcripts: when a ticket is closed, a transcript of that conversation is generated and stored as a file inside a private, staff-only Discord channel — not on an external server.
• Staff performance statistics: for staff members, we keep a local record of ticket actions taken (e.g. accepted, denied, closed) and response times, tied to their Discord user ID, to track support team performance. This is stored in a database on our own infrastructure, separate from Discord.

We do not sell or share this data with third parties. You can request access to or deletion of data tied to your Discord ID by contacting us at:

jasperaimtraining@gmail.com

Account Linking

On link.aimtraining.net you can link your Steam account to your Discord account. You start this yourself, and we only store what the link needs:

• Steam: your Steam ID and Steam name.
• Discord: your Discord user ID and username.
• Link details: the date and time you linked, and whether you have a Nitro rank or staff role with us.

We do not store your IP address, email address, passwords or Discord login token. You sign in on Steam's and Discord's own websites, so we never see your passwords.

We use this information only to:

• Give you your linked role in our Discord and on our game servers.
• Give you your Nitro rank in-game when you boost our Discord server.
• Check that you are linked when you join Discord giveaways that require it.

When you link, Discord adds you to our Discord server and our bot gives you your role. We also post a short notice with your Discord and Steam name in a private, staff-only Discord channel. We process this data because you ask us to link your accounts and give you these perks.

We keep your link until you unlink. Unlinking on link.aimtraining.net deletes the stored link completely. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing jasperaimtraining@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

• Work with service providers that help us operate the Services.
• Meet legal requirements or respond to lawful requests.
• Protect the security, rights, or integrity of AimTraining and its users.
